Description

Integrate the 15 slide files produced by the fanout into a coherent slide plan.

INPUTS: slides/v2/slide_*.md (15 files). Plus paper_prep/synthesis/ABSTRACT.md (anchor) and paper_prep/synthesis/CROSSWALK.md (substrate).

DELIVERABLES (under slides/v2/):

  1. SLIDES_v2_PLAN.md — consolidated plan with: (a) per-slide section copying through each slide_NN_.md content under one heading per slide, (b) Narrative arc section (talk story flow with transition sentences), (c) Time budget validation summing per-slide times and confirming total ≤ 900s ideally; flag overruns, (d) Open questions for Erik aggregating any "Notes for synthesizer" from the 15 inputs, (e) Risks and decisions for things needing the lead author's call.
  2. figure_manifest.md — table: every figure referenced across the 15 slides with source path, exists Y/N, generation status, slides using it.
  3. coherence_check.md — flags inconsistencies between adjacent slides, narrative gaps, callbacks that don't land.

ACCEPTANCE: all three files; per-slide times summed and reported (target ≤ 900s, flag if >); single commit "docs: synthesize BoG v2 slide plan from per-slide fanout"; wg artifact records all three.

DO NOT modify slide_NN files (read-only). DO NOT build a deck (.pptx, .key, beamer, typst). DO NOT generate new figures. DO NOT touch files outside slides/v2/.
