Fanin assembler. The five fanout drafters have produced refit sections for v3. This task stitches them into a complete workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v3.md at the project root.

DO NOT overwrite workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v2.md. v2 stays as fallback.

What to do

  1. Construct workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v3.md at project root.
  2. For each section the form requires:
    • If a fanout draft exists for it: use the fanout text
    • Otherwise: copy from v2 verbatim (these are sections the reframe didn't touch — team bios in §27, budget §37+, contact, certifications, org structure, etc.)
  3. Recount EVERY section's word count against CLAUDE.md 'Word Limits'. Fix any overruns by tightening, not rewriting wholesale.
  4. Style sweep:
    • No em-dashes (find/fix)
    • No 'PI' / 'lead PI' language
    • Founder order Erik / Luca / Vaughn everywhere
    • No specific effort percentages
    • No v1 terms (KRAS, MRTX1133, pancreatic, Boltz, RFdiffusion, DiffDock)
    • No 'wrote this proposal with WorkGraph' recursion claim
    • CRISPRme/Casgevy framing precise
  5. Confirm budget table sums to $1,500,000 ($900k + $300k + $150k + $150k).
  6. Confirm Liverpool Hive Mind acknowledgment is present (§28) framing as complementary.
  7. Confirm the new explicit risk 'reviewers may want a specific scientific deliverable' is in §30.
  8. Consistency check: do the fanout drafts agree with each other on the spine? If §17 says one thing and §26 says another, fix the inconsistency (small edits only).
  9. Commit on the agent's worktree branch with a clear message. Do NOT push.

Output

  1. workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v3.md at project root.
  2. ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-assembly-summary-20260501.md: a short companion (under 600 words) summarizing:
    • Section-by-section word counts (final)
    • Which sections came from fanout vs verbatim from v2
    • Any inconsistencies found between fanout drafts and how they were resolved
    • Any TODO items left for Erik (§42 / §47 verifications, attachments, etc.)
    • One paragraph 'how to choose v2 vs v3' for Erik

Constraints

  • HARD: every word cap respected. Recount.
  • HARD: do not overwrite v2.
  • HARD: no em-dashes, no PI, no v1, no recursion claim.
  • HARD: budget arithmetic correct.
  • SOFT: prefer the fanout drafts unless they're clearly broken; this is an assembler, not a rewriter.
