Description

Description

Fanout drafter C. Refits technical/operational sections (§20, §21, §23, §25) and related-work/Liverpool-acknowledgment (§28) to the v3 spine.

Spine reminder per v3-spine-brief.md: Poietic PBC = infrastructure for reliable hybrid human-AI work in computational/clinical genomics. Reference-resources are the demonstration anchor. Liverpool Hive Mind addresses wet-lab autonomous chemistry; we address the parallel pattern for computational genomics — different domain, different coordination problem, complementary.

What to read

  1. ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-spine-brief.md
  2. workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v2.md — current §20, §21, §23, §25, §28
  3. CLAUDE.md 'Word Limits'

What to write

Output: ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-sections/v3-section-20-25-28.md

Each section has a 100-word cap. Recount.

  • §20 — Refit to v3 spine. Likely covers technical novelty / approach detail.
  • §21 — Refit. Covers technical specifics or methodology.
  • §23 — Refit.
  • §25 — Refit.
  • §28 — Related work / acknowledgment of adjacent funded efforts. Liverpool Hive Mind goes here. One sentence acknowledgment, framing as complementary (computational genomics ↔ wet-lab autonomous chemistry). Also acknowledge SciAgents (MIT), Virtual Lab (Stanford), Galaxy/Nextflow/Snakemake honestly per CLAUDE.md competitive landscape.

If a section number genuinely doesn't need reframing because v2's text already aligns with v3 spine, say so explicitly and copy v2's text verbatim. Don't manufacture rewrites just because the task says so.

Constraints

  • Each section ≤100 words. Recount.
  • No em-dashes. No PI. Founder order Erik / Luca / Vaughn.
  • Liverpool framing: complementary slot, not redundant. Use the CLAUDE.md framing; do NOT do independent web research.
  • No claims that competitors lack multi-agent or human-in-the-loop. They have those. We claim persistence, structure, open-source, the graph as deliverable.
  • Output as markdown: ### §20\n[text]\n### §21\n[text]\n...

Validation

  • All five sections (20, 21, 23, 25, 28) drafted
  • Every section ≤100 words
  • §28 acknowledges Liverpool as complementary
  • Competitor framing honest (no false capability gaps)
  • Output at ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-sections/v3-section-20-25-28.md
