Fan in v9 polish changes and render the next review zoom draft.\n\nRequired v9 changes:\n- Slide 06a: q plot/x orientation flipped to match p-to-q chromosome visualization; wording uses '>500 kbp' rather than 'ceiling'; standardize length units to kbp.\n- Insert Leiden Figure 3 slide before 07a.2 / between the two heatmap figures. Use official Nature/Springer image and CC BY 4.0 credit.\n- Slide 07j.2: remove 'no labels' comments and increase font about 25%.\n- Slide 08b.1: add significance brackets/stars/p-values, define metric and explain KW/pairwise Wilcoxon/BH in plain language.\n- Slide 10m.2: replace or improve with the clearest available 3D/contact-space visualization and explicit caption.\n\nRender outputs:\n- slides/v2-review-zoom/BoG_2026_review_zoom_v9.pdf\n- slides/v2-review-zoom/REVISION_NOTES_V9.md\n- proof PNG export under slides/v2-review-zoom/_typst/page-*.png\n\nValidation:\n- PDF compiles.\n- Changed proof PNGs are nonblank.\n- Visual inspection of changed slides.\n- git diff --check passes.

    Reminder from Erik: commit and track all presentation-critical artifacts that are small enough for git: final PDF, Typst source changes, REVISION_NOTES, proof/revision assets needed to rebuild or understand figures, and copied broom/Leiden/plot assets used by slides. Do not commit huge source data from /moosefs; keep source manifests/paths instead. Before marking done, verify git status for slides/v2-review-zoom and ensure the v9 deliverables are committed/pushed.

    Correction from Erik: final PDF does not have to be committed if size/regeneration makes that undesirable. The important requirement is to commit the assets/docs that go into the presentation and figures: Typst source, revision notes, small rendered/cropped figure assets used by slides, scripts/snippets, source manifests, and README/SLIDE_PATCH files. Keep huge source data on /moosefs and reference it by manifest/path. Prioritize reproducibility/tracked presentation inputs over tracking every compiled PDF.

    Acknowledged correction: I will prioritize tracked presentation inputs and reproducibility assets. The final v9 PDF is already rendered and is comparable to existing tracked drafts, so I will include it unless git status exposes a size/problem before commit.
