User feedback: slide 07c appears to be missing the acrocentric chromosomes.
Goal: audit and fix the unrooted tree / tree-option slide so acrocentric arms are either present and visible, or explicitly excluded with a defensible reason.
Requirements:
- Inspect v2 slide 07c and the v2 tree option README/tables.
- Identify exactly which arms are present, missing, zero-signal, filtered, or collapsed. Pay special attention to chr13p, chr14p, chr15p, chr21p, chr22p.
- If acrocentric p arms are missing due to filtering or matrix construction, attempt a corrected unrooted/tree view that includes them when statistically valid.
- If they cannot be included because they are absent/zero-signal in the source matrix, create a visual side annotation or companion mini-table showing the exclusion reason, and recommend not using that tree as a main slide.
- Keep outputs under slides/v2-review-zoom/_revision_assets/v3/07c_acrocentric_presence/.
Validation:
- README includes a complete arm-presence table.
