Description
Mechanical-to-judgment audit. Identify every pointwise Spearman p-value and astronomical p-value in submission/paper.tex, captions, and figure labels. Identify row+column/Mantel/permutation statistics that should carry inferential weight instead.
Write paper_prep/manuscript_revision/B4_pvalue_mantel_audit.md with a table: location, current statistic, independence problem, recommended reporting class (effect size / Mantel p / caveated / remove). If cached data are sufficient, compute no new p-values; if new Mantel computation is needed, write a Slurm-ready script but do not run heavy work on the head node.
