Description

Purpose

Quality-gate an isolated-worktree progress observer before implementation. The watchdog must see real candidate writes in the attempt worktree, but generic build/log churn must not keep a dead task alive forever. Review/edit graph task metadata only.

Source/candidate content change is separated from target/cache/log churn.
Observed activity and receipt-proven Pi progress are separate clocks with bounded authority.
Lost filesystem events, restart reconciliation, atomic rename, late fenced write, long thought, and continuous writing are covered.
UI/operator evidence is clear and no mutation authorizes completion.
