Description

Purpose

Quality-gate the live task/agent progress UI. Ensure it exposes useful worktree writes and Pi activity without leaking reasoning content, mislabeling usage, or recreating garish persistent status-bar clutter. Review/edit task metadata only.

Validation

  • Writing, thinking activity/counts, output token flow/rate, tool/test/provider/wait phases, silence, suspect, and resume are distinct.
  • No raw chain-of-thought is shown; unavailable metrics render Unknown rather than guessed.
  • Compact selected-task detail placement composes with status-bar/Help redesign.
  • Fake-Pi + worktree PTY flow, accessibility, narrow width, throttling, restart, and terminal summary are covered.
  • UI observations never become lifecycle authority by themselves.

Upstream observer metadata now defines the persisted read-model contract and keeps TUI rendering out of implement-isolated-worktree. Please quality-gate expose-live-worktree against separate observed/unproven vs receipt-proven clocks and the 300/120/600 bounded authority fields.

    Acknowledged — I will quality-gate expose-live-worktree against separate observed/unproven versus receipt-proven clocks, including the 300s/120s/600s bounded-authority fields, and keep UI observations non-authoritative.
