Description

User review point 10 and overall synthesis concern.

Goal: produce a talk-usable narrative plan for the zoom review deck that reduces density and makes methodology clearer without overloading every slide.

Critical provenance requirement:

  • First read the upstream review-zoom-git-provenance-audit output and use the repo history to understand why the current slide sequence and assets look the way they do.

Requirements:

  • Review Erik's numbered feedback, the current zoom deck, and the fanout topics.
  • Propose a slide order / grouping for the revised zoom deck: core talk slides vs backup/revision slides.
  • Identify where a tiny methodology slide or interstitial should be added: sequence similarity/community detection, MDS/population dispersion, 3D contact validation, gene annotation/enrichment.
  • Keep the plan practical: exact slide title changes, 1-line takeaways, and speaker-note prompts.
  • Do not edit deck source.

Deliverables:

  • slides/v2-review-zoom/_revision_assets/narrative_density/README.md with a revised outline and integration checklist.
