Description

User review points 3 and 4.

Goal: propose and, where feasible, generate better slide 06a/06b alternatives. Current 06a is accurate but too dense; current 06b undersells the biological/community story.

Requirements:

  • Inspect existing slide 06 assets, slide notes, and source data paths documented in slides/v2/slide_06_length_distributions.md and slides/v2/figure_manifest.md.
  • Develop 2-3 concrete alternatives for 06a, such as ranked arm summaries, focused outlier facets, community-level length summaries, or a dense appendix-style slide plus a simpler talk slide.
  • Strengthen 06b around the outlier clades: C7 acrocentric p, C14/C15 PARs, C1 DUX4/D4Z4, C2 10p-18p, and missing/introvert arms.
  • Prefer generating candidate plots from underlying TSVs if the data are accessible; otherwise provide precise plot specs.
  • Keep outputs isolated; final integration will choose and render.

Deliverables:

  • Candidate plot(s) or mockups under slides/v2-review-zoom/_revision_assets/06_length_redesign/.
  • Markdown recommendation: what to show in talk vs. appendix, with one-sentence speaker framing for each candidate.
