Description
Compute task for F-3. Reconcile per-PHR-pair Spearman and arm-level Mantel stage series for mouse meiosis, then test the shape claim: zygotene rho versus flanking stages, not merely rho != 0 per stage. Use cached mouse PHR pair/contact tables where possible. If permutation/bootstrapping is nontrivial, use Slurm and avoid head-node heavy computation.
Write scripts and outputs under paper_prep/manuscript_revision/F3_mouse_shape/. Write F3_mouse_shape_report.md with statistics, p-values/intervals for zygotene contrasts, explanation of per-pair vs arm-level disagreement, and manuscript recommendation.
