Description
Compute-light analysis for C-0. Use the 41x41 arm-level Jaccard distance/similarity matrix and arm-level Leiden assignments to quantify the two-tier continuum at arm level. Compute similarity distributions, named-system peak similarities, C6/q-arm neighborhood density vs off-diagonal background, and a simple figure/table suitable for author heatmap-density decision.
Allowed on head node because the matrix is tiny. Write script(s) and outputs under paper_prep/manuscript_revision/C0_continuum/. Write C0a_arm_level_report.md summarizing results and whether the q-arm sextet region is visibly/statistically denser than background.
