After fixing the amendment documents, verify that ALL entity naming is now correct before the user re-signs and re-submits to Delaware.

Check each document:

  • corporate/amendments/01_Certificate_of_Amendment.typ
  • corporate/amendments/02_Board_Resolution_Amendment.typ
  • corporate/amendments/03_Stockholder_Consent.typ

Verification criteria:

  1. "Poietic, Inc." appears in:

    • Document headers/titles
    • Opening paragraphs identifying the corporation
    • Signature blocks (where the entity is identified)
    • Any "WHEREAS" or recital clauses identifying the corporation
    • Certificate identification (e.g., "Certificate of Incorporation of Poietic, Inc.")

  2. "Poietic PBC" appears ONLY in:

    • The specific amendment provision text that defines the name change
    • References to what the name is being changed TO (forward-looking)

  3. No mixed/incorrect variants exist (e.g., "Poietic PBC, Inc.", "Poietic Inc", "Poietic, PBC")

  4. Dates remain April 13, 2026 throughout all three documents

  5. All three documents compile successfully with typst compile (if available)

  6. Cross-document consistency — the entity is identified the same way across all three documents

Output

If everything checks out, log confirmation. If any issues found, log them clearly with file, line number, and what's wrong.
