Description

Delaware REJECTED our Certificate of Amendment filing because the documents use "Poietic PBC" in headers and entity references where the CURRENT legal name "Poietic, Inc." must appear.

Read the audit task's logs first (wg show audit-find-all) to see which occurrences need fixing.

Rules

Headers, opening paragraphs, entity identification, signature blocks → must say "Poietic, Inc." (the current legal name)
Amendment provisions that define the name change → must say "Poietic PBC" (the new name being adopted)
Keep all dates as April 13, 2026 — do NOT change any dates
Keep all other content identical — only change the name references flagged by the audit
