Description

Description

Produce a truthful inventory of what Poietic PBC actually is, right now, as the substrate the rest of the review session builds on. The user feels the landing page is "fake" because content does not reflect substance. This task establishes ground truth: what artifacts exist, in what state, with what real adoption.

Scope

  1. Local: walk ~/poietic (or ~/poietic-pbc/ — confirm actual path with ls ~/). Inventory subdirs and active repos.
  2. GitHub org poietic-pbc: every repo, including poietic.life, phr-methodology-comparison, deep-research-competition (archived), google_ai_competition (private), poietic (private). For each: README, recent commit activity, what it actually delivers.
  3. WorkGraph: graphwork/workgraph source, graphwork/graphwork.github.io (live at https://graphwork.github.io). What features actually exist, what is documented vs aspirational.
  4. This private repo: v2 application, v2 outline, STATE.md.

Output

STOCKTAKE.md at the root of ~/google_ai_competition/ containing:

  • Summary table (one row per asset)
  • One section per repo/asset: what it is, state, what it delivers
  • "Real adoption" section: any external citations, users, downloads, traffic
  • "Gaps" section: claims in v2 application that have no corresponding artifact

Constraints

  • Truthful. If empty or stale, say so.
  • No code edits. This is a document.

Validation

  • STOCKTAKE.md exists in repo root
  • All five poietic-pbc org repos covered
  • WorkGraph code + docs site covered
  • Summary table at top
  • Gaps section identifies at least 3 specific claim/artifact mismatches (or states none found)
