Description

Description

This is a TARGETED fix task: address ONE specific panel criticism by producing a structured fix spec. The assembler will apply all specs deterministically to v3 → v3.1.

Read criticism source: ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-review-synthesis-20260501.md Read current v3: git show 70c8e7f:workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v3.md (worktree branch wg/agent-77/v3-assemble-stitch) Read CLAUDE.md word limits.

Output

~/poietic.life/notes/v3-fixes/fix-XXX.md with sections:

  • Criticism (verbatim from synthesis)
  • Target section + word cap
  • Current text (verbatim from v3)
  • Proposed text (your fix)
  • Word count check (before / after / cap)
  • Rationale (one paragraph: why this fix lands the criticism)

Constraints

  • Word cap respected (recount).
  • No em-dashes, no PI language, no v1 terms, no recursion claim.
  • CRISPRme/Casgevy framing precise. DNA-Diffusion not in funded scope.
  • Founder order Erik / Luca / Vaughn.
  • Do NOT edit v3 directly. Only produce the spec.

This fix (the BIG one)

Criticism (W1, W4, W7 — convergent across all three reviewers): v3 has no specific science deliverable. v2 named a PHR atlas; v3 dropped it without replacement. Authority is borrowed (vg/PGGB prestige used to back claims about WorkGraph). Milestones are vague.

Erik's stated solution: WorkGraph as substrate for Garrison lab's ongoing pangenome work (HPRC, PHR research, unorthodox recombination, CNV-aware methods development) AND for Luca's high-risk research arc as systematically considered direction.

Inputs to use:

  • ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-discovery-d1-pangenome-ecosystem-20260501.md (named ongoing pangenome work)
  • ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-discovery-d2-phr-research-arc-20260501.md (PHR program framing)
  • ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-discovery-d3-cnv-methods-20260501.md (CNV-aware methods)
  • ~/poietic.life/notes/v3-discovery-d4-luca-highrisk-arc-20260501.md (Luca high-risk arc, COI-respecting)

Target sections: §17 (approach), §19 (impact), §43-§46 (milestones). Possibly also §28 (related work) for ongoing pangenome group context.

Action: Produce a structured fix spec with multiple section edits:

  1. §17a/b/c/d: weave in 'WorkGraph as substrate for [named ongoing program]' framing. Use named software/papers from D1/D2/D3.
  2. §19a/b/c: integrate concrete impact via the substrate framing.
  3. §43-§46: replace vague milestones with named deliverables from D1/D2/D3 (named software release / named paper / named consortium contribution).
  4. New high-risk arc paragraph: insert per D4's recommendation (likely §17 or §19), 200-300 words, framed as 'systematically considered research direction' without DNA-Diffusion in funded scope.
  5. Word caps strict — show recount per affected section.

Constraints: This is the largest fix. It MAY require trimming existing v3 prose to make room. Each section's before/after must show word counts. Do NOT exceed any cap.
