Description

This is a TARGETED fix task: address ONE specific panel criticism by producing a structured fix spec. The assembler will apply all specs deterministically to v3 → v3.1.

Constraints

  • Word cap respected (recount).
  • No em-dashes, no PI language, no v1 terms, no recursion claim.
  • CRISPRme/Casgevy framing precise. DNA-Diffusion not in funded scope.
  • Founder order Erik / Luca / Vaughn.
  • Do NOT edit v3 directly. Only produce the spec.

This fix

Criticism (H1): §29 names 'lab adoption is the falsifiable external metric' without numbers. §46 says 50+ but §29 doesn't carry the specifics. Sympathetic reviewer wants explicit numbers.
