## Objective
Independently review and validate the approved symbolic TUI plus project-profile and `worksg` concierge trial as one coherent product flow. Do not globally install candidates or silently repair failures.

## Validation
- [ ] Audit every recorded maintainer preference against implementation and flag drift: symbols, fallback, search, color, identity/actions, pulse, profile scope/history, Pi tiers, lifecycle/name boundary.
- [ ] Run clean full tests/fmt/clippy and owned smokes under one bounded target after disk admission; remove it.
- [ ] Real isolated tmux flows at desktop and Termux widths cover first run -> profile/model selection -> service -> TUI -> symbolic controls/search/chat/task/full inspector -> exit message -> second concurrent `worksg` reuse -> stop.
- [ ] Fault injection covers Pi child restart, service mismatch/restart, stale hits/search results, resize, disk warning, no credentials, canceled setup.
- [ ] Confirm no provider inference/cross-system fallback, no startup chat, no TUI setup mutation, no outer frames, no unverified PATH execution, no cross-project route mutation, and no session resurrection/duplicate turn.
- [ ] Produce `docs/reports/validate-symbolic-tui-worksg-trial-2026-07-22.md` with exact commits, commands, buffers/screenshots, defects, and ship/no-ship recommendation.
