Fix slide 08b/08b.1 and 09 for v8.\n\nSlide 08b superpopulation MDS:\n- Make the MDS plot colored by continental superpopulation exactly the same visual format and scale as slide 08a: same aspect, axis limits if feasible, point size, margins, label scale, and source/footer style.\n- Use the original-style MDS coordinates, but match 08a presentation.\n\nSlide 08b.1 nearest same-superpopulation distance:\n- The violin plots are low information because of long tails. Replace with boxplots plus jitter/points or another compact robust summary.\n- Metric remains exactly: for each point, Euclidean distance in displayed D1-D2 MDS space to the nearest other point from the same superpopulation; self excluded. No centroid, no all-pairwise distance.\n- Add measures of difference and significance between superpopulations. Compute defensible pairwise tests (e.g. Wilcoxon rank-sum / Kruskal-Wallis + Dunn/pairwise Wilcoxon with BH correction) and effect sizes (median difference, Cliff's delta or rank-biserial if available).\n- Include concise in-plot or adjacent annotations for the most important significant contrasts. Do not clutter every comparison if unreadable.\n- Output stats TSVs so the claim is traceable.\n\nSlide 09 community MDS:\n- Keep the v7 community-colored MDS concept, but fix overlapping labels. Use direct labels, repel, leader lines, or label boxes as needed.\n- Preserve 1:1 aspect and community colors.\n- It must still be MDS, not PCA; label and footer must say this.\n\nDeliverables:\n- Updated superpopulation MDS PNG/PDF matching slide 08a format.\n- Updated nearest same-superpopulation boxplot/statistics PNG/PDF, plus raw distance TSV, summary TSV, pairwise significance TSV, and effect-size TSV.\n- Updated community MDS PNG/PDF with non-overlapping labels plus label-position TSV.\n- SLIDE_PATCH.md with recommended replacements and exact caption/source lines.\n\nDo not edit final Typst deck directly; leave integration to review-zoom-v8-fanin-render.
