Description
Survey and prepare 3D Hi-C / single-cell 3D plot candidates for v7. Erik specifically asks whether there are 3D plots we can make of the Hi-C stuff / single-cell Hi-C.\n\nGoal:\n- Find existing 3D coordinate/visualization assets and source tables for human Hi-C, Dip-C/GM12878, sperm, PBMC/RPE-1 if available.\n- Prioritize existing assets first, especially MDS_3d_coords.png files and Dip-C radial/community overlays.\n- If useful and lightweight, generate a clean slide-ready 3D scatter/static projection from existing coordinates, but do not run heavy contact extraction on the head node.
