Description

Submit the validated Fig5 f16 chop sensitivity Slurm workflow. This shell task must only submit Slurm jobs and record IDs; it must not run whole-genome pafchop or sweepGA on the head node. The submitted jobs use repaired pafchop-rs, raw f16 PAFs from agent-2649, chunk lengths 10000/5000/2000, sweepGA --num-mappings 1:1 --scaffold-jump 0 --scoring ani, and /dev/shm scratch. The previous LLM rerun task was paused because it was routed to an evaluator role instead of implementation work.
