Description
Generate the next-iteration Fig5 query-grid comparison panels: f16 vs f32.
Goal: make the new f32 iteration visually comparable to the f16 query-grid panels. Do not overwrite the f16 package. Create a new package: paper_prep/_brainstorming/fig5_raw_fasta_sweepga_f16_f32_query_grid_comparison_panels/.
Required outputs:

- fig5_raw_fasta_sweepga_f16_f32_query_grid_comparison_panels.png

- comparison_panel_segments.tsv with genomic query coordinates and frequency column (f16/f32)
- comparison_panel_summary.tsv with chr3 retained support by event/chop/frequency
- comparison_panel_manifest.tsv recording source PAFs/audits/commands/checksums where available
- README.md explaining the iteration comparison.
Plot requirements:
- Show PAR1 control plus PAN027 and PAN028 chr9q -> chr3q candidate windows.
- Compare f16 and f32 for 10 kb, 5 kb, and 2 kb query-grid filtered outputs.
- Use genomic query coordinates.
- Label frequency setting clearly: SweepGA/FastGA --fastga-frequency 16 vs 32.
- Label shared downstream settings: query-grid pafchop, SweepGA 1:1, --overlap 0, --scoring ani, --scaffold-jump 0.
- Avoid legend overprint and make target chromosome/haplotype colors readable.
Acceptance criteria:
- Rendered PDF/PNG/SVG are non-empty and validated.
- The figure makes it clear whether f32 changes chr3 retained support relative to f16.
