Description

Description

Set the execution date to April 13, 2026 in the three amendment documents and rebuild all PDFs.

Files to edit:

  1. corporate/amendments/pbc-conversion/typst-documents/resolutions/02_Board_Resolution_Amendment.typ

    • Change the meeting-date parameter default from "[DATE]" to "April 13, 2026"
    • There may be TWO instances (function default + invocation) — update both
  2. corporate/amendments/pbc-conversion/typst-documents/resolutions/03_Stockholder_Consent.typ

    • Change the consent-date parameter default from "[DATE]" to "April 13, 2026"
    • There may be TWO instances (function default + invocation) — update both
  3. corporate/amendments/pbc-conversion/typst-documents/certificates/01_Certificate_of_Amendment.typ

    • The date is a fill-in-the-blank: as of the _____ day of _________, 20__.
    • Change to: as of the 13th day of April, 2026.

After editing:

  1. Run make all from the corporate/ directory to rebuild all PDFs
  2. If make fails, check the error and fix — the Typst warnings about underscores are expected and harmless
  3. Commit ALL changes (source edits + generated PDFs) and push to origin

Validation

  • All three files have April 13, 2026 as the date (no remaining [DATE] placeholders in these files)
  • make all completes successfully
  • Changes committed and pushed to origin
  • PDFs are generated and included in the commit
