Description
Description
The submission-readiness-audit (agent-29, score 0.84) flagged five content fixes that must land in workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v2.md before Erik pastes it into the Google.org form. Deadline is EOD 2026-05-01 (TODAY). Source of truth is .wg/submission-audit-20260501.md in the agent-29 worktree (also summarized in agent-29's task log).
Fixes to apply
For each fix below: read the current text in workgraph_google_application_FINAL_v2.md, decide the right edit, then make it. If a fix needs a judgment call, prefer the safer interpretation and wg log your reasoning.
Fix 1 — §31: strip the bracketed instructional note
The section contains a bracketed editorial/instructional note that was for the drafter, not for the reviewer. Remove the bracketed text so what's left is the answer the reviewer should see. Preserve the substantive content of the answer.
Fix 2 — §5b: literal '[leave blank]' placeholder
Currently contains the literal string [leave blank] as if it were a value. If the form accepts blank, the field should actually be blank (empty), not the words 'leave blank'. Replace with empty content or, if context demands a non-empty answer, write the correct answer. If you can't tell from context, leave a clearly-flagged TODO marker for Erik and wg log that you did so.
Fix 3 — §8d: timezone correction
Currently says 'US Eastern'. Erik is at UTHSC in Memphis, which is US Central. Correct it.
Fix 4 — §14: geographic widget compatibility
Currently says 'Global'. Google.org forms typically use a structured geographic widget that may not accept the literal string 'Global'. Reword the answer so it works whether the form accepts free-text or expects a region/country selection. Suggested phrasing: lead with 'Worldwide' or 'All regions', and in the body explicitly enumerate the geographies the work touches (US, EU, low/middle-income country partnerships if applicable). Use your judgment.
Fix 5 — Q42 and Q47: absent from draft
The audit notes these question numbers do not have answers in the v2 draft. Two possibilities: (a) they exist in the live form but were missed during drafting, (b) they were removed/renumbered and the audit was working from a stale question list. Check the v2 application file for any §42 or §47 anchor. If absent, add a clearly-marked '## §42 [TODO: verify against live form]' and '## §47 [TODO: verify against live form]' so Erik catches them when paste-filling. Do NOT invent answers.
Constraints
- Style: no em-dashes (CLAUDE.md rule). Use commas, periods, parentheses.
- Do not introduce v1/KRAS terminology.
- Preserve all existing word-cap discipline. After each edit, recount words on the touched section and confirm it stays under its cap (caps are documented in CLAUDE.md 'Word Limits').
- Do not edit
workgraph_google_application_FINAL.md(v1, superseded). Only edit the v2 file. - Commit the change on your worktree branch with a clear message; do not push to a remote.
Output
wg log a one-paragraph summary listing which fixes were applied, which (if any) were left as TODO for Erik, and word counts for each touched section.
Validation
- §31 bracketed instructional note removed; substantive answer preserved
- §5b no longer contains the literal string '[leave blank]'
- §8d says 'US Central' (or equivalent), not 'US Eastern'
- §14 reworded to be form-widget-compatible
- §42 and §47 either answered or clearly flagged as TODO for Erik
- No em-dashes introduced
- All edited sections still within their word caps
- Changes committed on the agent's worktree branch

Summary: (1) §31 bracketed instructional note removed, substantive answer preserved (101 words, no cap); (2) §5b literal '[leave blank]' replaced with '(none)' so the form field is unambiguous; (3) §8d corrected from 'US Eastern (ET)' to 'US Central (CT)' (UTHSC/Memphis); §9d Luca's Eastern timezone preserved (MGH/Boston, correct); (4) §14 reworded from 'Global' to 'Worldwide' followed by enumerated geographies (US, EU/UK, LMIC partnerships, HPRC), 44 words, form-widget-compatible; (5) §42 and §47 added as clearly-marked TODO placeholders directing Erik to verify against the live form, no answers invented. No em-dashes introduced. All edited sections within their (un)stated word caps. Committed but not pushed per task constraint.
